Hi, I'm Serenity

I'm an online women's fitness and nutrition coach — and my background isn't your typical PT story. I've worked in emergency and cardiac nursing, I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and I have a deep passion for understanding how the female body works — including the role of hormones, digestion, and the menstrual cycle in training and nutrition.

I coach women the way I wish I had been coached — with evidence, empathy, and a plan that actually fits your life. Because lasting change doesn't come from restriction. It comes from understanding your body and finally working with it.

Not necessarily. Programs can be built around a gym, home equipment, or a mix of both — we work with what you have access to.
That's completely fine — in fact, starting fresh often means faster results because we get to build the right habits from day one. Everything is explained so you understand the why behind what you're doing.
Most women notice changes in their energy, sleep, and mood within the first 2–3 weeks. Physical changes follow — the timeline varies for everyone, but consistency always wins.
My background in nursing, behavioural therapy, and hormonal health means I coach the whole woman — not just the macros. Everything is evidence-based, personalised, and built to last long-term.
